For Danielle

Meet baby Luke. He is 3 1/2 weeks old-well he was when I took these. He's already another week older now! Isn't he a cutie? Danielle, thanks for letting me take these. It may have been a challenge to keep him sleeping, but I sure enjoyed being able to hold him.

These 3 are similar, but I couldn't resist that sleeping face!

You would think that he was really comfortably asleep here, but his Mama and I know otherwise!

Just a few short moments later, he is wide awake!
I love the dark blue, baby eyes.

Off to dreamland again.

Papa bear.

Everybody say "Ahhhh!"

Again, similar photos, but I can't decide which I like better; black and white or skin tone on black.

And this just makes me laugh to think about the gymnastics we tried with him. What a patient little guy. It isn't the pose we were going for, but I love that you can see his tiny baby feet through the sling. His face is pretty adorable too!

I had to put this one in Danielle! He is a little unsure of taking part in this whole Jedi thing. But I have no doubt that given the training he will receive from his older siblings, he too will come to be a great Jedi knight! (Do you think he looks like Jerem in this picture?)

My Hardworking kiddos

This has been a pretty busy season here at the Kundrat home. Here is one project that has consumed several days.

End of the First day of work
Beginning of the 2nd day of work.

Katie working hard and some of her castles in the forground

The boys having a fun break.

And you knew this was going to happen...

Can't believe he landed with a smile on his face.

Katie still working

A bit of fun for Danny
End of the 2nd day-if you can't tell we made it to the beginning of the bump out.
I just want to say how proud I am of how hard my kids have worked on this! They were such troopers out there in the heat of the day for 2 solid days and several evenings after school too! Kate was a work horse carrying brick by brick over to the work area. She made many castles and chairs and other sculptures too. She was also the official water bottle fetcher and filler. The boys were busy also shuffling blocks and handing them off to me to put down. We had to load and unload the block from pallets on our driveway into the truck and then back off again up at the house. Thank you kids for how well you have served your family! You are such a blessing to me and added much fun to the hours of work.
The patio is not quite finished yet. We have laid the block down all the way to the other section of the house, but now Rick gets to cut all of the edge pieces around the perimeter where whole blocks wouldn't fit-that might take some time.
Many other happenings in the last two weeks- field trips, a birthday, parties and such. When I get a chance again I will try to post more pictures. In the mean time I gotta get to weeding my gardens. Some of the weeds are as tall as trees!!

Tyler, Me and my Canon Fifty-D

Tonight I had the opportunity to take a walk in our "neighborhood" with my oldest, Tyler. I love evening walks and what a bonus to have Ty with me! We walked along together. He talking about extraordinary things and me taking pictures of ordinary things along the way. He taught me all about robots! Did you know that my father in law is a "Cyborg"? Apparently it is true- because he wears a hearing aid. My husband plays with "Drones" when he flies his RC planes!
I love my son and his thirst for knowledge-praying that it will continue to carry through with his biblical knowledge and translate into godly wisdom!
Here are some pictures of the ordinary things.

The corn is starting to grow!

STOP! and look at the view at the end of our road.

Our house between the trees.

Some critter's home. I liked their landscaping!

Home of the annual corn maze.

How green is the valley!

Not sure what this is, but I saw it so I took a picture.

I love how the setting sun through the trees highlights small areas.

Had fun trying to capture it in these few pictures.

This is what I captured when I got back home. My other 2! And just where else would they be but in the water!

Baby Abigail

On Saturday I had the privilege of meeting and photographing sweet little Abigail and her Mom and Dad. What a beauty she is and oh so friendly. It took no time at all for her to put on her smile. And have you ever seen such beautiful eyes?

A couple in the tutu that her mommy made for her.

Sweet smiles for her Daddy.

Don't you love her little foot?

Love her little mouth in this one.

2 of my favorites.

With her favorite little toy.

Thank you Gen and Jeff for the opportunity to photograph your little family. It was a joy to meet you and your sweet little girl.
