So nothing thrilling. We painted stripes on the wall. Nothing bold. Just stripes in the same color but using a different higher gloss paint. Not sure it was worth all of the work but it does look nicer than the white walls that were there. The kids were thrilled to get 2 volleyball sized tape balls out of it! And if nothing else, it was a good time of bonding with my Mom and then with my sister when she came to town just in time to help finish things up.
We were trying to find 'stuff' to hang on the walls in there and couldn't quite come up with anything. So I decided to create my own art. I took a few pictures and "painted" them in Photoshop. Now all I have to do is order them. Tell me what you think...

I was thinking of different colored stripes, but I really like the effecto of the tone on tone. And your pictures look nice. They will look very nice hanging in there. Are you done the piano room??
That looks GREAT! I really like it turned out. I know you can buy wallpaper that has similar effect, but I like the paint better. Your pictures will look really nice in there.
