Bird Watching
I looked on line to try to identify the type of bird and I believe it is a Carolina wren. The same type of bird built on this shelf last year. I'll try to get more pictures after they hatch-if the mama bird doesn't try to poke my eye out or something crazy like that.
I went into our barn the other day and discovered this little lady who is soon to be a mama. Her nest is wedged between old bottles of insecticides. Can you see her little face nestled in there?

We had that happen at the greenhouse two years in a row, and it was really fun to watch. It wasn't so much fun later when we had to figure out how to get rid of a whole flock of sparrows who decided we were home, but hopefully you won't have that problem :) I can't wait to see the pictures as they grow. I was so excited to see some baby geese the other day as I was driving...they were such adorable balls of fluff! I love the evidence that spring is here, even when it doesn't feel like it is.
