Autumn Walk
While Rick was away and my friend Catherine was here from Brooklyn, we had a picnic and went on a walk at Middle Creek nature preserve. It was a beautiful fall day. Here are some pictures from the day.

Bonnie, Keith and I visited that reserve before (pre-kids)and thoroughly enjoyed some mountain biking & bird watching - we saw a bald eagle and a great blue heron - wonderful place to enjoy God's Creation! And I love the rock in the water picture... :) What a great idea to go there. I'm sure it was beautiful!
You reminded me that I have never been there, and I need to take the kids and go. It looks like you had a great time.
I love the professional looking apple shot. Those are my absolute favorite apples, I don't even like to eat other kinds. Preston orchards has a bunch of really yummy ones.
